Typically the last contact a customer has with a Seldens representative is warehouse and delivery team that visits their home to deliver and set up their new furniture they’ve purchased. The customer’s delivery experience often determines if that customer will return to shop at Seldens and recommend Seldens to their friends and family. Our delivery associates must be polite and courteous and willing and able to take direction from customers about the placement of the furniture in their homes.
